From SPM Graduate to Cabin Crew

Seth's journey with Inter Excel began after completing his SPM. He joined Inter Excel to pursue his dream of becoming cabin crew.

After completing his training, Seth successfully passed the selection process with Jetstar Asia and began his career as cabin crew. He later went on to pass the selection process with both Malaysia Airlines and Singapore Airlines, and is now continuing his journey with Singapore Airlines.

His story is also a special family connection — his sister was also an Inter Excel student, and she went on to build her own cabin crew career with Malaysia Airlines and Singapore Airlines.

Building a Career in Airport Customer Service

Renuga joined Inter Excel with a strong interest in the airport and customer service environment, where she could interact with people from different backgrounds and build her communication and service skills.

With her determination, positive attitude and commitment to learning, she started her career with SATS, gaining valuable experience in the airport services environment. Today, Renuga has been with SATS for almost five years, continuing to grow her experience and career in the industry.

A strong attitude, the right environment and the determination to keep growing can open the door to a rewarding career.

From Japan to a Career in Cabin Crew

Erina came to Malaysia from Japan with a childhood dream of becoming cabin crew. At Inter Excel, she developed her professional grooming, hospitality and customer service skills, while building greater confidence in English communication and interview preparation.

After completing her training, Erina achieved her goal and became cabin crew with Scoot.

Her journey shows how stepping into a new environment, gaining the right training and staying committed to your goal can turn a childhood dream into reality.
